A casual, earthy, lit from within, family home... lots of bright natural light, interesting layers, beautiful textiles... something I can call home.
Interesting, organic lighting fixtures, fabulous thick floorboards, a sexy entrance where you can flop your bag and coat and it not look messy, and a room for a standout bathtub as the feature... I think it's understated luxe right? How's that massive ficus in the bathroom - just gorgeous!
On closer inspection, the designer pieces (Missoni, Eames, Artemide) don't hurt either!
I think this one ticks all the boxes for now...

The wooden floors are so beautiful that I don't know why they haven't done the hallway in the same way. Sometimes it's better to choose elegance over practicality, although these two don't really exclude each other, but in this case, they do. All in all, it's a lovely home.
